Send your intentions

It is not too late to have your special intentions prayed for at the 2020 Bishop’s Faith Appeal Intentions Mass. Bishop Toups will celebrate the special Mass on Thursday, Sept. 10 at 6 p.m. at St. Anthony Cathedral Basilica, Beaumont. But unlike past years, attendance is limited to BFA chairs and parish representatives because of COVID-19 and social distancing. But even though you may only be able to attend through live streaming, your intentions can be present.  If you want Bishop Toups to pray for your intentions, you can submit them to [email protected]  before noon on Thursday. Your emailed intentions will be printed out and placed in a large basket with other special intentions near the altar during Mass. After the celebration, the basket will be taken to Bishop Toups’  home chapel where he will continue to pray for those intentions throughout the year.
