Human Resources


The Human Resource Department manages human resources activities including employment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. It serves as a resource to all diocesan entities in the matters of Human Resource and Benefits Management for the purposes of ensuring compliance with federal, state, local and Church laws and regulations and the promotion of a positive work environment. The Human Resource Department is also responsible for the administration of insurance, retirement plans, workers’ compensation and other benefit programs.
