The Diocese of Beaumont is seeking candidates to fill the position of Multi-Parish/School Accountant.  Applicant must have a working knowledge of GAAP and fund accounting including internal controls. Interested party must be able to work for multiple supervisors, have great attention for details, be able to maintain strict confidentiality, and be able to work well under pressure. Candidate must have a reliable means of transportation as travel is involved in this position. Knowledge of budgeting, accounts payable, payroll is a must and knowledge of the Catholic Church is a plus. Catholic Charities of Southeast Texas is seeking to fill the position of Director for the Asset Building Case Management (ABC) Program.   ABC provides homebuyer and financial education classes and workshops, a matched savings program, free tax preparation services, foreclosure prevention, and case management services. The Director is responsible for the overall management of the program and for supporting research, development and implementation of additional services. Bachelor’s degree is required and minimum of one-year experience in a social service environment. The selected candidate must obtain HUD Housing Counselor Certification by August 2020 and maintain thereafter.  Candidates must have leadership, administrative and organizational abilities as well as strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.  Comfort working with diverse groups is essential.  Must be willing to travel and work evenings and weekends.
