Recipients of the 2019-20 Diocesan Stewardship Awards

Congratulations to the 2019-20 recipients of the Msgr. Richard DeStefano Faithful Steward Award – Fred Antoine of St. Anthony Cathedral Basilica; Jerry Dean of Our Lady of the Pines, Woodville; Troy Dent of Blessed Sacrament, Beaumont; Father Ron Foshage, MS, of St. Michael, Jasper; Father Andy Moore of Infant Jesus, Lumberton; Christopher McKeon of St. Jude Thaddeus, Beaumont; and Robbie Williford of St. Anthony. Fellow parishioner Monique Slaughter accepted the award for Williford at the Stewardship Awards Oct. 11 at St. Anthony.

Congratulations to ten parishes for their gigantic leap in Stewardship during 2019-20: Sacred Heart, Port Arthur; St. Joseph, Port Arthur; Immaculate Conception-St. Peter, Groves; Our Lady of the Pines, Woodville; St. Pius X, Beaumont; St. Anne, Beaumont; St. Francis of Assisi, Orange; St. Anthony Cathedral Basilica, Beaumont; St. Mary, Fannett; and Our Mother of Mercy, Beaumont. Our Mother of Mercy parish was the 2019-20 recipient of the Bishop Curtis Guillory Parish Award. Our Lady of the Pines was the 2019-20 recipient of the St. Anthony of Padua Award.

And congratulations to the 2019-20 recipients of the Diocesan Stewardship Council Awards: the Good Stewards of Market to HOPE and St. Mary Catholic School, Orange.
