Community celebrates Homecoming

Msgr. Kelly Catholic High School, Beaumont, celebrated Homecoming week Oct. 14-18 for students, staff, families, alumni and the community.

The school held its Bulldog Block party and parade Oct. 16 for the community to celebrate this year’s Homecoming. The events included food, games, music and other forms of entertainment.

Kelly High also held an Alumni Homecoming Tailgate event Oct. 18 at 5:30 p.m., followed by the Homecoming football game vs. St. John XXIII. Kelly Bulldogs won the game 24-18. During the game, senior student Christiane “Zee” Uzoh was named the 2019-20 Homecoming Queen. Linda and Joe Domino was also named 2019-20 Honorary Alumni.
