Catholic Students participate in the Diocesan Science Fair

Elementary students from each of the Catholic schools in the Diocese of Beaumont gathered for the annual Diocesan Science Fair at Msgr. Kelly Catholic High School Feb. 11. More than 60 seventh and eighth grade students entered projects into the contest. The “Best in Show” was eighth grader Caitlin Crenshaw from St. Catherine of Sienna School.

Other categories included behavioral science/biochemistry/medicine and health; botany/environmental science/zoology; and engineering/computers/mathematics and physical science

A new award was added this year, the “Most Artistic.”
