Coordinator of the Disaster, Trauma, and Loss Unit
Catholic Charities of Southeast Texas is seeking a Coordinator of the Disaster, Trauma, and Loss Unit to perform a variety of duties including but not limited to assisting with the delivery of agency services, administering financial assistance according to agency policies and procedures, representing the agency on several area committees associated with disaster assistance, and assisting the Director of the Disaster, Trauma, and Loss unit with the operation of two agency programs, Disaster Response and Elijah’s Place. Interested parties must have a Bachelor’s Degree and should have familiarity with disaster response and/or trauma, loss and grief support, and a willingness to develop further skills related to these fields. Experience and working knowledge of the development and needs of children, in addition to experience administering programs and supervising volunteers is also required. Applicants must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends while also having the ability to be responsive during disasters and other emergencies as needed. Bilingual Skills are preferred. The Diocese of Beaumont has an opening for a Campus and Young Adult Lay Minister to plan and execute programs and activities related to the Catholic Student Center’s campus ministry and diocesan young adult ministry outreach. Choir Director/Organist

The directory would have choir practice once during the week; play the organ/piano for the 8 a.m. Sunday Mass; and direct the choir and play the organ/piano for the 11 a.m. Sunday Mass.
